In light of his outstanding feats in artistry, Mr. Simon was acknowledged by Academy Award-winning makeup artist Rick Baker as a member of the team who collaborated on the films “The Nutty Professor” and “Men in Black,” which won the Academy Award for Best Makeup Effects in 1997 and 1998, respectively, from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
